Find Your Why is a free personal discovery tool operated by Seth Loyd, trading as One of One ("we", "us"). It uses AI to generate a personalised "WHY report" based on your responses to 15 introspective questions.

By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The report does not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

• Professional psychological or psychiatric advice or diagnosis
• Therapeutic or counselling services
• Life coaching or career advice
• Medical, legal, or financial guidance

The AI analyses your written responses and identifies patterns, themes, and connections. It cannot verify the accuracy of what you write, understand your full context, or replace the judgment of a qualified professional. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional.

We make no warranty that the report will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances. Results vary depending on the answers provided.

You must be 16 or older to use this service (or 13+ with parental consent, in line with UK GDPR provisions for children).

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information with intent to game or test the system
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service
• Use this service on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent

The content, design, and code of findyourwhy.co are owned by Seth Loyd / One of One. The AI-generated report we produce is provided to you for your personal use. You may not resell, republish, or commercially distribute reports generated by this service.

Your answers remain your own. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your answers for the sole purpose of delivering the service described.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your WHY report
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this service
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed £0 (the service is provided free of charge)

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We provide this service free of charge and make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continuity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
